Moving/copying data from rpi1 (nc11.0.3) to rp3 (nc12.0.0)?

dear forumists,

is there a good and safe (and easy) way to get my (user-)data from my nc 11.0.3 on my rpi 1 to my new rp3 which runs 12.0.0?

looking forward for some great advices.

First migrate your NC 11.0.3 to your new RPi 3, then run an upgrade.
