Hmmm With my current setup I do not believe I even have any sort of lamp setup.
By components, I know how to transfer everything there but the php code. I am bit confused on that. Do you mean everything from the Nextcloud installation folder relating to php?

you have the l (inux) and the a (pache) so i gues you also have m (ysql/ariasql) and p (hp) as well.
i mean the complete folder. /var/www/nextcloud or so. the config/config.php file is part of it.
so at which step are you?
could you please share with a step by step how you do the migration from the old nextcloud version to a new server with a new NC Version?
