Move Installation to New Server

Hello,
I have a Nextcloud 22.2.3 installation.
I’d like to move it to a new server.
What would the easiest way to accomplish this be?

I would like to keep all users, data, etc.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

I think the best way is backup and restore.

I wondered the same thing, but curious is there any problem with imaging disk then restore to new server disk, then expand disk after restoration ?
