Is ist possible to mount a nextclould folder as smb/cifs share?
Use that share on several machines and provide access to a database in that share.
Can problems with syncing some how be avoided?

Short answer: No.
Longer answer: You could access the folder directly on file system level but changes would then not automatically propagate to the database. Therfore it isn’t feasable to work with files and folders on your Nextcloud like that.
