I often share folders as a link to people who are then new to nextcloud. Many of them do not find the upload-button, which is hidden (for them) behind the + symbol.
I would like to see a more user-friendly button - e.g. a plus-symbol with the text “Upload” on it’s right side (same design as the download-button).
