Modifying the Welcome Mail (incl. removing of buttons)

Hi all,

i would like to modify the welcome mail.
Adding our company colors would be nice to have, but the real benefit would be if there was a way to get rid of the “download the client” button in the email…

Thanks to the Google Search and some older Posts here i was already able to find the “EMailTemplate.php” File located in (at least for me) /var/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Mail

Unfortunatley i can’t figure out what to change to remove the button, neither modifying the whole mail…

Is someone here who can clear things up?

We are using Nextcloud Hub II(23.0.3) on Debian 11 (bullseye)

The Problem is, i don’t know how to merge the two php files…

Maybe i do need a nextcloud subscription after all… :frowning:

Which php files do you want to merge? The plugin is an addition, not a merge.

I don’t get it then…

I can add the file but how do i activate the plugin?
