Missleading message in GUI for apps updates in Nextcloud Hub II (23.0.4)

PHP version : irrelevant

The issue you are facing:

When looking your app list under …/index.php/settings/apps you usually have a message saying:

All apps are up-to-date.
or
Update available

Seem’s this is broken, because i have conflicting message, one saying All apps are up-to-date, and another saying app xxx update available…
