Migration with S3 Primary Storage from NC12 to NC18 on new Server

Dear All,

There is currently a Nextcloud 12 running with S3 as primary storage. But I am planning to build a new Nextcloud 18 on a new server. I can take over the existing primary storage in the configuration, but all metadata is in the DB. Are there differences between NC12 and NC18 or can I roll out a DB dump on the new server without any concerns?

Upgrade from 12 to 13 and so on. Take this slowly. Make sure you have backups of the database.
