Migration form latest owncloud 10.2.1.4 to latest NC: "Updates between multiple major versions and downgrades are not supported"

Migration from OC 10.2.1.4 to latest NC 16.0.3

Migration Script runs fine, upgrade process fails with the message above.

I read trough the other similar post but could not find a soltuion, unfortunately.

It seems that the migration tool needs an update for newer versions:
