Hi,

i trying to migrate from

NC: 25.013.2
Ubuntu: 20.04.6 LTS
DB: mysql Ver 8.0.45

to

NC: 32.0.5.0
Ubuntu: 24.04.4 LTS
DM: mysql Ver 8.0.45

all data from the /data folder has been rsync’ed to the new server. I guess there have been some database changes, so i am not able to restore a dump file.

Do i have to clone all users, groups etc manually?

Any hints?

Kind regards,

Maurice

You have to do the update step by step, and that could be very tedious in your case.

It might be easier to completely reinstall the instance?

Hi,

thx Sanook, yes, i made a new linux box with the newest nc. So i like to migrate, not to upgrade…

FYI,
