Migrate from OwnCloud 9.0.x to NextCloud 12.x

I read on https://nextcloud.com/migration/ that migrating from OC 9.0.x to NC 9,0 is possible.
According to the Upgrade path it states:
ownCloud 9.0.x -> Nextcloud 9.0.x -> Nextcloud 10.0.x

This seems to me that if I migrate from OC 9 to NC 9 I’m only able upgrade to NC 10?
Is it possible to upgrade easily from NC 10 to 12 after migrating?

you just continue like this. Skipping major releases will come in the future.
