How do I remove a users membership in a group.
Perhaps part of my Problem, I do not see the three points at the end of the userlist.

please try to edit the user directly via the pen and uncheck the group he/she is assigned to - this should work!

It works.
And it is the same problem with the three points I describe above.
I do not see the flags which belong to the groups. All white.
The invisibility of some graphic elements seems to be caused by the reverse ssl proxy.
I had similar problems with wordpress.
Do you can point me to some reverse ssl-proxy examples?

Sorry for the delay, just stumbled over here again. Which Webserver are you using for reverse Proxying? I cloud equip you with my Apache-configuration.
