May have been changed by another user excel since your last saved it in nextcloud client

I have problem only when i am using xlx in desktop, always ask me.

in nextcloud 30.0.2

And… was the file changed by an other user?

Not I am the owner of this file xlx

Probably the same (client-)issue described here.
We’re seeing this every day for over a year. Bug #6190 was closed too soon IMHO. It still closed, but a developer just announced a new fix is in progress.
