vielleicht ist hier jemand der eine Idee hat, ob ich ein Fehler habe oder es einfach technisch nicht möglich ist.
Grundinformation:
Nexcloud 19.04 (Problem trat aber auch schon in 18.07 auf)
Installiert auf Univention Server als Dokker (Univention 4.4.6 - Aber auch bei 4.4.2 das gleiche Problem)
Problem:
Wenn ich in einem Gruppenordner mehrere Dateien oder Ordner gleichzeitig herunterladen möchte, erscheint folgende Fehlerseite:
You don’t have permission to access /nextcloud/index.php/apps/files/ajax/download.php on this server.
Einzelne Dateien lassen sich ohne weiteres herunterladen.
In “Standard”-Ordner, die freigeben werden, ist das Herunterladen von mehrere Dateien oder Ordnern ohne weiteres möglich.
Jemand eine Idee?

common information:

Nextcloud runs on an Univention Server as Dokker (Univention 4.4.6 – but also the same problem with 4.4.2)
Problem:
When I want to download serveral files or folders at once, I get redirectet to a page with this error:
You don’t have permission to access /nextcloud/index.php/apps/files/ajax/download.php on this server.
Single file could be download without any error.
In default folders or folders which get shared, haven’t got the problem either.
Any suggestions?
