currently rich workspace notes are only visible for users of the nextcloud instance, so persons who can login. But i would like, in some circumstances, to have the workspace text available also for external persons who are viewing a folder by a share link.
For example i have a couple of trainees, which i want to share some documents with. I want to explain them something about how to use the documents or may’be the course dates. I share the documents with them by a share link, as a link on the folder. It would be nice that if they view the folder with documents they can see the workspace text in which i can give the explanation.
@jospoortvliet is this something which is may’be already possible or thought about?
