Hello guys,
Could someone tell me which is the “main” index file in Nextcloud’s install directory?
I want to re-allign and redecorate some things but I cannot seem to find it.
When inspecting the site with Chrome, I can see it but I cannot find that file in the directory.

In Chrome you will just see the compiled php files. To change the page layout, have a look into the templates folders (e.g. settings/template etc.), there you can adjust e.g. what shows up on personal settings page etc.
But keep the original files, as you will face integrity check errors which might lead to failing nextcloud updates etc.
