Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps): Yes never appears for me.

The issue you are facing:

Mail Template Editor missing in NextCloud 12. I want to edit my mail templates but I cannot see the mail editor in the Admin page as suggested in the documentation.

I see some other people are having the issue on Github commenting on it but that was from June. Has this been fixed? If not is there a way to edit these templates in code?

Somebody suggested adding this repo into the apps folder and then enable it, but it seemed to fail for the user.

Any progress on supporting NC 12?

Its tagged now as ’ enhancement’ not sure if that would mean it could take a lot time to fix as a future version is not listed that might have this again.
