MAIL SIGNATURE: Formatting not showing

I have added formatting in the rich editor, but when I create a new email, the formatting isn’t showing.

Anyone know how to make the formatting show?

If you type something and then click on it to highlight text, you should see the formatting toolbar. Have you already tried this? That is my experience with it, otherwise you will not see any format options until you have some content started.
