We need to send notifications when a file is uploaded in some folder, recipients are different depending on which folder.
how can i made it?
i find the option for standard notifications but it is sending every hour and i don’ know who recive that mail.

i have already use flow notifications but i can’t choose recipients or mail text.
i don’t find mail notifier in flow apps, i download it from your link but i don’t know how to install 
Open the Apps menue in Nextcloud and then use the search function in the upper right corner to search for “Mail Notifier”. Keep in mind, that the app at least requires Nextcloud 25.x
