Mail App refuses any recipient adress

NC 16.0.5 // Mailapp 0.17.0

Mailapp refuses any recipient adress in. After typing the field remains empty ‘select option’. Sometimes the recipient field takes 4-6 characters only.
This problem occures with Chrome, Opera, Edge and Firefox.
