The issue you are facing:
In the screenshot for the mail app (in the app store), I can see things like Archive and subfoders. Two questions:
- When I try to move items between folders, I can’t via Drag and Drop. Is there some other way we’re supposed to move items between folders?
- In the aforementioned screenshot, there’s an archive folder. Is there a way to remove/supplement the delete function so that it sends things to archive instead of to trash?
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): N/A
Steps to replicate it:
- Use mail app
- Drag and drop a message to a desired folder (move folder) or press the Del button on keyboard (archive)
