Mac client synching "forever" but not synching at all

Hello,
my desktop client 3.16.1 is not synching properly since yesterday.
MacOS 12.7.4, setup with 3 different nc servers.
It shows “synching changes” but the progress-bar would not change.
Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it does not sync…
Same for a colleague with a mac as well (but I don’t know exactly her MacOS)

I have also observed this but on the Windows client. Is there anything unusual in the Nextcloud log file?

Well what sticks out repeatedly is:
(I was not doing anything…)

Run etag job on folder OCC::Folder(0x7ff2ab83ca00)
Can not run etag job: Folder is busy
Run etag job on folder OCC::Folder(0x7ff2ab028800)
Can not run etag job: Folder is busy
