Lower limit of the "php max execution time" in a shared hosting environment

Hi there,

I´m trying to use nextcloud in a shared hosting environment.
My contract specifies the “php max execution time” with 60s
Uploads above a certain size will fail and I came to realize that it´s probably Uploads that take more than 60s.
Is there any way to investigate this further?
And if it´s really the cause any solution? Lowering the uploaded chunks?

Since installing nextcloud from scratch I don´t get any messages in the log. Before there where different messages but I didn´t save them.
