Lost Recoverykey


Is there an way to change the recoverykey? I have lost it, or the one they I have saved is wrong. :frowning: and one User can’t login because he lost the login password. Any chance the recover it?

The user must have enabled the recovery key before:

Without it being enabled, the recovery key won’t work.

Does the user still have his folder synced to devices? This way, he can perhaps recover some of the files.

Yes it was enabled… I I setup an new account and try it again. But I hope
the recovery key is correct…
