I have uploaded a logo for my Nextcloud in the administration settings. This is a png file without a background. It also fits perfectly on the start screen on which you log in.
However, after logging in, the image is displayed at the top right (slightly smaller), but with a white background. And this looks unattractive.
Does anyone have any advice?
Hi @stkr76,
PNG images may still have a default white background that is hidden in certain contexts. You can re-check or re-save the image in a tool like GIMP or Photoshop to ensure it’s fully transparent.
In GIMP you can make the canvas transparent or simply uncheck the option “Save background color” when exporting to png
h.t.h.
Much and good luck,
