.~lock.* files not synced even when deleted from the list of ignored files

Hello,
Win 8.1 3.3.0 client, latest Nc 21.0.3

Here is the problem I have not found the solution to yet:

I need to sync .~lock.* files.

Hence, I have deleted them from the list of ignored files.
To no avail.
The list of ignored files per sync folder is empty.
What should I do more?
