Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): 2.6.4
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Linux Mint 19.2 Mate 64-bit
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25):
PHP version (eg, 7.1):

The issue you are facing: When I start the PC the Nextcloud Desktop client does not sync local files to Hostiso.cloud. message states 'No connection to Nextcloud at https://eu.hostiso.cloud. Server replied “503 service temporarily unavailable” to “GET https://eu.hostiso.cloud/status.php” '. When I try to connect to the Hostiso webpage I am redirected to https://fr.cloudamo.com/ and my files and calendar are shown but no updates since yesterday. Should I wait [as it says "temporarily unavailable]? Or is there somewhere in the Nextcloud Desktop settings where I can change the target URL?

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Start the computer
  2. Wait for Nextcloud desktop to sync local files with Hostiso.com
  3. Error message “No Connection to Nextcloud at eu.Hostiso.cloud” [my files appear to have been moved to fr.cloudamo.com]

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

Couldn't find that but I did open the latest nextcloud.cfg file in home/.config/Nextcloud, 4th line from bottom reads "0\url=https://eu.hostiso.cloud".

The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):

The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:

That sounds like it could be a configuration issue on the server. Is this your server?

No Hostiso is one of Nexcloud’s cloud providers; I thought they were in France when I joined, but my invoices have an address in New York.

I have now resolved the issue. I deleted my account in the NextCloud desktop client, then added the same account with the fr.cloudama.com URL. I ended up with a new set of files downloaded from Nextcloud, then I deleted the existing set which were no longer being updated by Hostiso. A bit klunky but we got there, hope this might be useful to others with similar problems. I also raised a ticket with Hostiso and they replied “Hi, ypu need to chamge URL and use new one.
Kind regards,
Hostiso Support” [sic].

Thank you KarlF12 for you interest.

Hi, you only needed to change URL, to fr.cloudamo.com, your old account is still active.
