Limit User to Contacts App

I have two users that I want to limit to only the contact app in the web browser. Right now, these two users have access to Dashboard, Files, and Activity. I intentionally set up these two users to push out contact list to iOS and that’s working as expected. I just thought it would be nice if they could log into the browser just to view our Contact List.

Check out how to restrict apps to a group.

  • Browse to Calendar app in your admin appstore
  • Click Restrict to Group to apply to a group you make up Contact App Only
  • Add users to the group Contact App Only

This should be a good starting place.
