I would like to limit the available locales and languages as part of the user-profile section.
Is there a way to solve this via configuration or theming?
As I understand right now, /lib/private/L10N/Factory.php is the relevant class for handling languages/locales. I am afraid to make a modification directly in that class to prevent update problems…
The reason for this is, that we only have a limited number of relevant languages/locales and we would like keep the UI and its information as simple as possible.
