Here goes with some problems I just hit.
If you are using lighttpd with Apache in Debian the latest updates will reset the port back to 80 disabling Apache. I use lighttpd for PiHole so this caused me problems with Nextcloud in Apache. Fixed once I updated the lighttpd config and restarted both that and Apache.
The next one was interesting, I still couldn’t upload photo’s even though I uploaded yesterday. I did all the updates but it still timed out. I’m running CM13 on a Galaxy S4. Turns out that if I leave the camera app open in the background it caused the app to fail (still using the older app btw)
