I have successfully configured Nextcloud / LDAP integration.
What I noticed is Nextcould sets up user directories for all LDAP users.
Is it possible to configure integration such a way so user directories will be created on first user login.
Thus there will not be present non active users in the system?

I am have exactly the oposite problem.
What did you configure to get this behavior (“Nextcould sets up user directories for all LDAP users”)?
In my case the user directory is only created during the first time login. But I need the directory ready before this moment.
Can you teach me how to do that?
