we have one user who can’t login anymore. The user also does not appear in the user management inside NC anymore, but group membership inside active directory is correct. I don’t know why but the user is currently flagged as remnant occ ldap:show-remnants.
If i check the LDAP integration i am able to successfully test the user login name. It seems that the LDAP cleanup intervall wasn’t able to find that user and false-positive declared that user as a remnant.
I need a way to convert the user back so that the account is visible again inside NC user management and hopefully the user will be able to login again.
