Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.3) hébergé chez Obambu
Bonjour, j’utilise Nextcloud depuis des annĂ©es sans problĂšme. Depuis une semaine je ne peux plus me connecter depuis les clients Nextcloud ni depuis mon ordinateur de bureau (Debian bookworm 6.1.129-1), ni depuis mon MacBook, ni depuis mon mobile Android (appli ou Davx). Je me connecte parfaitement depuis mon navigateur.
Pour ĂȘtre prĂ©cis, depuis mon bureau Debian je lance la connexion, la page Web s’ouvre “Connectez-vous Ă  votre compte”, je valide “Se connecter”, puis “Autorisez-vous l’accĂšs”. ApparaĂźt alors : “Compte connectĂ©â€ mais la fenĂȘtre du client indique : “AccĂšs impossible. Afin de vĂ©rifier l’accĂšs au serveur, cliquez ici 
etc”. Je confirme que l’adresse est exacte et vĂ©rifiĂ©e 20 fois.
Il semble qu’il y a un blocage au niveau du serveur mais oĂč ? Merci pour votre aide.

Bonjour , il faudrai plus d’info pour vous aider , serveur Debian ubuntu 
 vous utilisez apache , nginx etc
 que dise vos fichiers log , avez vous des message d’erreur dans le journal nextcloud etc

Comme indiquĂ© par @Cisco30 il faut plus de dĂ©tails sinon impossible de t’aider. Arrives-tu bien Ă  accĂ©der en web Ă  ce Nextcloud sur les ordis en question oĂč tu essayes d’installer le client de synchro ?
Tu as un certificat SSL valide dans le serveur web qui héberge ton NC ?

Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Comme indiquĂ© prĂ©cĂ©demment, je me connecte parfaitement en Web depuis les ordis. Le certificat SSL est valide. Seule la connexion n’aboutit pas depuis les clients, pour la syncro, les agendas, les contacts.
Pour les logs, je les transmets en fin d’aprùs-midi.

Avez vous 2FA ( double authentification) activĂ© sur le serveur , si oui dĂ©sactivĂ© 2FA pour tout les utilisateurs et dĂ©sactiver l’application 2FA et essayĂ© de vous connecter pourvoir si sa fonctionne avec vos appareils
