JavaScript Xmpp chat does not show when Nextcloud user and Openfire (XMPP) user have same password

Hello Everyone,

I am using Nextcloud 15.0.2, Openfire 4.3.0 and I have the JavaScript Xmpp Client enabled using BOSH. I noticed when the Nextcloud username and password and Openfire XMPP username and password are the same, when I login to Nextcloud the chat icon does not show. When I click on the ‘Login without Chat’ the chat option appears. If I change my Openfire XMPP password, the chat icon re-appears.

Can you assist?
