I've installed NextCloud and tried to create a new doc but it just hangs and doesn't load

I have installed NextCloud using Portainer to my Synology NAS and it looked like it installed succesfully.

However, when I try to open a doc or spreadsheet (new or existing) - it hangs on opening even when I close it down and try to open it again.

I’ve also noticed that the volumes I put down in the Portainer script aren’t showing any installation files or uploaded docs so wondering where they have gone instead.

  • This Nextcloud is on version 29.0.6
