Issue When Upgrading to NC13 with Web Updater

Hello all,

This is my first time posting here. I have experienced an issue when upgrading. I seem to have a http 500 error. I am on my own server and have shell access however I have no experience using it.

EDIT: I have tried using PuTTY to do a command line install after the web updater caused this http 500 error but I keep getting an error saying that it can only be done on command line. I thought PuTTY was command line.

I am really confused and have no idea what to do

My upgrade seemed to have completed, the error happened when I was prompted to use the web updater to return to my Nextcloud instance.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Just wanted to update. The issue was apparently I did not disable the File Access Control app prior to upgrading. As soon as I removed the app manually, the upgrade started.

It also worked for me, fixed my HTTP500 error after trying to upgrade to Nextcloud 13
