# Issue Reading Files from Object Store (B2) in Nextcloud

Dear Nextcloud Support Team,

I am facing an issue with reading some files stored in my Nextcloud instance.

- **Setup Details** :
  - I am using **Backblaze B2 (B2 Bucket)** as the **primary storage (S3 object store)** in Nextcloud.
  - Files are uploaded successfully, but when I try to access or open certain files (e.g., large media files like `.mp4`), I get the following error:  
ServiceUnavailable: Could not open file: WIN\_20250721\_21\_07\_31\_Pro.mp4, file does seem to exist  
Exception: Failed to read object urn:oid:3670  
I would highly appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue as I have important files that need to be accessible.
