Issue: File Deleted Automatically After One Day

I am facing an issue. In my Nextcloud sometimes when i upload a file that automatically got deleted after one day or less than one day. i have check every code and jobs which doesn’t create this issue does anyone face this type of issue and if you have solved it please share it with me.

My file Location: CREST-大西物流＞CREST⇒大西＞生産管理課＞村上
240618篠原塗装入荷予定②.xdw has disappeared.

Things that come to mind that might help:

  • Do you have any Flows configured?
  • Enabling audit logging might help track it down
  • How are you uploading? Does it make a difference if you upload via the Web UI versus the Desktop client? etc.
