Hello, i use nexcloud istance with active directory user authentication.
This Active directory some day ago, break, i reinstalled it. create the same user, same active directory ip, same user credential.
When i login i don’t find any old document … how to get this back?
Solved by myself, i write here the step, if someone go wrong like me.
Since AD user are identified by SID is impossible to get back user login.
So:
- Install plugin impersonate
- impersonate the lost in space user
- download file
- Put them back ( example via webdav ) with the “new” user

PS: Transfer Ownership is also good ( impersonating other user )
