Here is official Nextcloud documentation on Files Automated Tagging. Executing Actions simply states:

It is possible to execute actions like convert to PDF based on assigned tags. Nextcloud GmbH assists customers in this with hands-on help and documentation on our customer portal.

Will this documentation ever be released to the general community?

have the same need here… absolutely no documentation available for this???

Custom actions have been announced as part of Nextcloud 15. I haven’t updated yet, but we should be seeing better documentation, or be able to figure this out ourselves :slight_smile:
