No, but collectives is capable of being used in such a way. Another way is to use “External sites” app in combination with PicoCMS APP, which has plugins to be used as a wiki aswell as a blogging platform, and then create a PicoCMS website as a wiki and add an external site that points to that PicoCMS website url. Native it will open the site - which is content served directly from an APP - as an iFrame.
