I’ve been trying to find an actual list of media file types supported by nextcloud web client.
- Image Types with Thumbnails
- Image Types without Thumbnails
- Movie Types with Thumbnails
- Movie Types without Thumbnails
- Audio Types
Example: .avi extension is not supported as best I can tell. Is this true of all .avi formats, regardless of how they are encoded? I’m trying to encode my files to formats that will display properly in the web client. Any assistance is appreciated!
fyi, I noticed there have been some attempts in the past to support a wider range of media via this abandoned HLS Video Player app for Owncloud 8.
