ik heb een vraag over dit bestand x2t

mijn hoster meld mij dat dit bestand malware is klopt dit??

het is gekomen naar een update van mijn nextcloud van 27.1.6 naar 28 nog iets

het bestand stand hier in deze map dit is de weg er heen public\_html/wdvbcloud/apps/documentserver\_community/3rdparty/onlyoffice/documentserver/server/FileConverter/bin/x2t.txt

hoe kan dit en is het wel malware
