Iphone/freenas permissions

Nextcloud version (eg, 10.0.1):
Freenas 9.10.2 u2

NOOB ALERT:

100% NEW To both next cloud and freenas.

I have setup next cloud and its running I can even access it through my iphone. I have photos and videos saved there. Whenever I am trying to save photos or videos on my I phone I get the following error:

You do not have permission

Also what do I need to do to access this outside through a regular connection not my home network?

Check your webserver and Nextcloud logfile. You probably need to fix the permissions in your data folder.

The mechanism is called port forwarding. Most routers have such an option, best is to search with your router model how to achieve that. You might also check for a dynamic dns service such as no-ip.com to get a dynamic dns name (most dns providers only give you dynamic ip addresses).
