IOS two-way photos sync

Hi All,

Would there be good soul and confirm if there is any way (and what way) to get full two-way sync of photos for iPhone/IOS user? This must include deletion of photos on iPhone when deleted on server (might be delayed till next sync, though to make sure these do not stay on IOS either).

On Android it is easily achievable using i.e. FolderSync or any other WebDAV sync solution and selecting to sync /DCIM (or any other folder).

Research shows that iPhone locks access to “photo roll” to only camera and iPhone app, though others reported that Immich apparently allows full sync (including removal).
How to achieve photos removal on IOS?

Need to ask, as can’t play with family relative iPhone and all phones I have access to are Android.

I did try to get that working with Nextcloud app, though it looks like it only auto-syncs new photos, and even not a removal of the photo on the iPhone - which makes it sort of useless (sorry, these days loads of photos are temporary and it needs to be easy - one step removal and not in two places on iPhone and then try to find it on Nextcloud server).

Just looking for a true replacement of iCloud for family members. (no I can’t move them to Android). There apparently is PhotoSync which could do the trick, though I didn’t succeed either (limited time to play with iPhone) - but even that doesn’t seem to clearly state that deletions will be synchronized:

Thanks!
