iOS NC App friert ein - Anzeige, Upload und Share nicht nutzbar

Hallo Zusammen,

wir haben seit ca sechs Wochen die Problematik dass auf den Apple Geräten iPhone X & 11 die Nextcloud App nach wenigen Sekunden nach dem öffnen einfriert. Beide Phones laufen mir dem aktuellsten iOS 14.0.1.
Wir haben bereits alle Einstellungen in der App auf beiden Geräten abgeglichen sowie neu gesetzt und die App auf beiden Phones mehrfach neuinstalliert. Mit diesem Problem arbeitet weder der Auto Upload noch der Zugriff auf die vorhandenen Daten korrekt.

Mit einem Huawei Gerät funktioniert alles fehlerfrei.

Folgende Optionen verwenden wir auf den iOS Geräten:
Auto Upload des gesamten Kameraspeichers
Autos löschen aus der Galerie
GPS Erkennung für Auto Upload
Upload nur bei WLAN Verbindung

Ganz gleich ob wir einen Ordner freigeben möchten, ein vorhandenes Bild anzeigen oder hochladen möchten, nach knapp fünf Sekunden friert die App vollständig ein.

Was ist vor 6 Wochen geschehen, wurde das iOS aktualisiert, der Server auf eine neue Software-Version umgestellt, etc.?

Es gab vielleicht mal ein iOS App Update, mehr im Grunde nicht. Da ich die Updates nicht mit Screenshots dokumentiere wird es schwer das nachzuvollziehen.
Serverversion ist 19.0.2.2

Edit: Update von NC und PHP brachte eine Änderung: der Zeitraum bis zum freeze verlängert sich auf bis zu 12 Sekunden.

Hier ist ein aktuelles Protokoll zum Fileupload vom iPhone
Server läuft jetzt auf aktuellster stable Version.
Serverseitig kann ich sonst keine Fehler feststellen.
Meine Android Clients funktionieren hier fehlerfrei. Nur iOS macht Probleme.
