[iOS client] Upload/transfer does not start : no new assets found

Dear support team,

I’m using :

NextCloud server 16,0.3 on my Synology NAS (Linux, Apache 2.4, PHP 7.2)
NextCloud client for iOS 3.1.0.7 (iOS14.2)
My photos and video (total about 10.000 files) on the iPad are on iCloud

The issue you are facing:
Transfer does not start in spite of auto update activated and several hundreds new photos since last update (july 2020, yes i know, long time ago…)

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): N, but in past clearing the local cache was enough to trigger re synch (upload from iPad to server on NAS)

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Open nextcloud on ipad
  2. Check transfers -> Nothing happens
  3. Logs show : Automatic ipload, no new assets found (!!)

Sorry not all requested info are given here but I hope logs will be helpfull already.
This setup was working well till july this year. Then I did not do any sync since … until today.
