[iOS app] Not uploading all photos/videos in every sync

Hi,

I am seeing that sometimes there are some photos that does not uploading to the cloud nor appear in the PHOTO tab. The photos exists and it is taken with the same app (ios cam) and the same way as usual.
IOS app version 2.16 (00012)
IOS version: 10.2.1
Nextcloud version: 11.0.2

This problem occured in previous versions and i just did a fresh instalation on the phone.

Any ideas?

Hi

i can not give much details because i do not now when it happens.
For example, last thrusday ,friday and saturday i took photos, and the app only uploaded the photos from friday and saturday.

For example look log server or … pays attention for the next days :

Hi, i found a case

the last picture ended up with a 207 and did not upload to nextcloud. i don’t see any logs on the nextcloud

I have change the loglevel for the nextcloud logs to debug. I will try to get more information. Mean while I hope this would help you to start.

I have the same problem, photos taken between 14-22 march have not been uploaded.
I started the app today and the upload had stopped 14. march, and it just uploaded todays photos
