first environmental Information
NC Version 15.0.14
Operating system and version Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS
Apache version 2.4.18
PHP version 7.0.33
Client is iOS on iPAD Version 13.7
with NC App 3.0.12
The user cannot log on to NC using the app. On the same device using Safari, everything is fine. I tried a full reinstall of the app, but without success. On the iPhone of the same user everything is fine, other users also do not experience issues.
User are authenticated using AD and LDAP.
In the logs i see:

I have checked LDAP setup, everything is OK, I can enumerate users, so the backed seems OK to me.
Looks like wrong password at first sight, but on the same device in the browser everything works with the same credentials.
I hope, anybody has an idea what might cause this issue.
