Internal server error - Ubuntu 20.04

Hello, yesterday i have upgraded my NC server from ubuntu 18.04 to ubuntu 20.04. Since, when I try to connect to NC, i have en error : “Internal error server”. I am able to connect with the administrator account but when i try to access to users or settings menu, i have the same error.

Any idea ?

Problem solved : LDAP module was deleted after upgrade of PHP 7.3 to 7.4.
